Strength Stack 52 Tri Pack is a great bodyweight exercise cardgame that you can use anywhere with no equipment created by military fitness expert and scientist Sergeant Michael Volkin and used by the U.S Army in Iraq. You can start at the beginners level and work your way up to the elite advanced cards gaining strength with each card you do. Play alone or with friends for motivation battle it out and press each other to step it up with each level. It is a fun game to play with friends because you get a great workout while having fun so you are more motivated to keep flipping cards and you get to encourage your friends to do the same and feel amazing when you finally accomplish that card that has been too hard for you. Each card has a picture,written description,and a QR code/link to a video of Sergeant Volkin demonstrating the exercise. They also are labeled with B=beginner I=intermediate and A=advanced and they all have different colors for each primary muscle group as well as number of repetitions or time to complete the exercise. Each deck contains color coded, suited, and numbered exercise playing cards. There are 6 different colors with each color representing the dominate muscle group worked.
